AtlasXT Google Data Use Disclosure

Effective Date: August 12, 2026

Last Updated: August 12, 2026

This disclosure explains how AtlasXT LLC accesses, collects, uses, stores, shares, and deletes information obtained through Google authorization and Google APIs.

1. What AtlasXT Accesses

When you authorize AtlasXT to connect to Google, AtlasXT may access the information necessary to provide the Google functionality you request, including:

  • Google Sheets that you select for import;
  • spreadsheet names;
  • spreadsheet identifiers;
  • spreadsheet structure and metadata necessary for importing selected information;
  • OAuth authorization information;
  • access tokens; and
  • refresh tokens where applicable.

AtlasXT requests only permissions necessary for the applicable functionality.

2. Why AtlasXT Accesses Google Data

AtlasXT accesses Google data to provide the user-facing functionality you request, including importing selected Google Sheets information into AtlasXT.

3. Read-Only Google Sheets Access

AtlasXT’s Google Sheets importing functionality is read-only.

AtlasXT does not use its Google Sheets integration to:

  • modify Google Sheets;
  • overwrite Google Sheets;
  • delete Google Sheets;
  • change Google Drive files; or
  • modify Google account content.

4. How Google Data Is Used

Google data obtained through the integration may be used to:

  • import information into AtlasXT;
  • display imported information within AtlasXT;
  • store information imported into AtlasXT;
  • perform functions requested by the user;
  • maintain the authorized integration;
  • troubleshoot the integration;
  • maintain security; and
  • comply with applicable law.

AtlasXT does not use Google user data for advertising.

AtlasXT does not sell Google user data.

AtlasXT does not sell Google user data to data brokers.

AtlasXT does not use Google user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.

5. Storage of Google Data

Google Sheets information imported into AtlasXT may be stored within AtlasXT’s hosted environment and may become Customer Data.

OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens may be stored when reasonably necessary to maintain an authorized integration.

6. Sharing and Transfers

AtlasXT does not transfer Google user data to third parties for unrelated independent commercial purposes.

Google user data may be transferred to a service provider only where the transfer is permitted by applicable Google requirements and reasonably necessary to:

  • provide or improve the authorized user-facing functionality;
  • maintain security;
  • investigate abuse or technical problems;
  • comply with applicable law; or
  • otherwise perform a permitted purpose under applicable Google policies.

The AtlasXT Services may use infrastructure and service providers including Amazon Web Services, Google, and other providers identified in the AtlasXT Privacy Policy.

7. AI Features

AtlasXT does not send Google data to AI providers merely because Google data has been imported into AtlasXT.

If you intentionally invoke an AtlasXT AI feature and select Google-derived information for processing, AtlasXT may transmit that selected information to OpenRouter and the applicable underlying AI model provider for the requested AI functionality.

AI functionality is optional and user-initiated.

8. Human Access

AtlasXT does not intentionally permit personnel to access Google user data except where reasonably necessary and permitted to:

  • provide support requested by the user;
  • investigate a security issue;
  • investigate abuse;
  • troubleshoot a technical problem;
  • comply with applicable law; or
  • otherwise satisfy applicable Google requirements.

9. Your Permission

You must have permission to access and import the Google data you select.

By authorizing AtlasXT to connect to Google, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and authority to authorize that access.

10. Disconnecting Google

You may disconnect your Google integration from AtlasXT.

You may also revoke authorization through your Google account.

Once authorization is revoked, AtlasXT will stop making new authorized Google API requests, subject to technical processing already initiated before revocation.

Disconnecting Google does not automatically delete information previously imported into AtlasXT.

11. Deleting Imported Google Data

You may request deletion of Google-derived information stored in AtlasXT.

Deletion may be subject to:

  • applicable legal obligations;
  • contractual requirements;
  • security requirements;
  • legal holds;
  • fraud prevention;
  • backup systems; and
  • other lawful retention requirements.

12. Google Policies

AtlasXT’s use of Google APIs is governed by applicable Google policies and terms, including the Google API Services User Data Policy and Google APIs Terms of Service.

AtlasXT will use Google user data only in accordance with the purposes disclosed to users and applicable Google requirements.

Google requires applications using Google APIs to provide clear and accurate disclosures describing the data they access, use, store, and share. Google’s Limited Use requirements also restrict certain uses and transfers of Google user data.

13. Limited Use Compliance

AtlasXT’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
